The Umbrellar Cloud platform will be undergoing an urgent change to Azure Stack.

As you may be aware, Microsoft has disabled the NCHostAgentMonitor in a previous released hotifx, In the latest hotifx (AzS Hotfix - 1.1908.9.43), Microsoft removes this component, along with other fixes included.
