The Umbrellar Portal was temporarily unavailable between 12:25 and 12:48 due to a failed health probe preventing connections to the backend services. This was quickly identified and resolved, but unfortunately there was interruption to traffic. Further investigation is ongoing to identify the underlying cause of the health probe failure and prevent future disruptions. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Update - All nodes within the cluster have been returned to operation. Our network team is continuing to monitor while we work with our hardware vendors to determine root cause and any permanent corrective actions.

Monitoring - There has been an issue with one of our firewall clusters in our Christchurch Datacentre at approx 2:50am. Our network team have isolated the issue and resolved the problem. Services were restored shortly after identification. During this time, some network services would have been unavailable resulting in a number of web and email services being offline. Our network team is monitoring the problem and will be working with our hardware vendors to prevent the issue from reoccurring. At present, the firewall cluster is in a degraded state while we work through this process.

Resolved - Redundancy has been restored to the facility by our DC provider and we are awaiting a full incident report.

Monitoring - All services out of our Sydney facility have been recovered. Our engineers are now monitoring the situation while we wait for further detail from our datacentre facility provider.

Identified - Failure of one of the dual power feeds in the datacentre facility caused some core networking equipment to restart while secondary equipment did not seamlessly pick up the remaining load. Our engineers are currently manually recovering services.
