Scheduled - The Umbrellar Cloud platform will be undergoing an urgent change to Azure Stack.

As you may be aware, Microsoft has disabled the NCHostAgentMonitor in a previous released hotifx, In the latest hotifx (AzS Hotfix - 1.1908.9.43), Microsoft removes this component, along with other fixes included.

Resolved - Due to incorrect configuration to third party API, Umbrellar Cloud Portal was not able to communicate to external systems for a short period. Some of our customers could see an error message when they were trying to login. We noticed this issue and applied a fix. The problem should be resolved. Sorry for inconvenience.

Scheduled - The Umbrellar Cloud platform will be undergoing an emergency change to one of our Internet border routers.

The scheduled change will affect one of the Internet Border routers in the Auckland Datacentre. During the work all production traffic will be redirected through a secondary router to minimise impact. During the cutover process at the start and end of the change window we are expecting a short disruption of service to internet facing traffic as we re-route all traffic to the backup router.

There will be no impact to backend services, storage or services running inside the data centre.
