Umbrellar Cloud Platform Update Jun 22, 17:00 - Jun 23, 17:00 NZST
The Umbrellar Cloud platform will be undergoing scheduled maintenance at this time, applying the latest Azure Stack update package from Microsoft. During this window please do not provision any virtual machines, or scale any existing virtual machines. This maintenance will affect the Umbrellar Cloud Portal and API during the window, but is not expected to have any impact on deployed resources. Update - Service has been partially restored. The Umbrellar Cloud Portal will now log you in and successfully load, but you may still experience poor performance or certain blades and views not loading. We are working hard to fully restore service. Thanks for your patience.

Identified - The Umbrellar Cloud Portal is currently unavailable. When you login you will see the loading animation indefinitely and the Portal does not actually load successfully. We have identified the issue and urgently working with our vendor to resolve. There is no impact to running resources on the platform. Please contact our support team if you are experiencing any other problems. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Resolved - New Umbrellar registrations are back online and available to all again. You will now need to have your new account activated by a member of the Umbrellar Success Team before it is usable within the Umbrellar Portal. Identified - Multiple power supply failures have tripped multiple circuit breakers causing 3/4 of the Umbrellar Cloud compute nodes to go offline. This is impacting all services delivered by Umbrellar Cloud. Engineers are currently on route to the datacentre facility to recover service.
